It's a dog eat dog food world.

Six months ago, I watched a 60 Minutes program with David Attenborough. At the time, it didn't sink in much. Still, after contemplating over the program's content for several months, it occurred to me that Attenborough may be what we call a “shallow” ecologist or “shallow” environmentalist.


These books are listed in no particular order, but the first book, Gaia by James Lovelock, is the most important. That book changed my life the very first time I read it in 1982 and continues to influence me to this day.

Hopefully, this list gives you an idea of where I’m coming from and provides context for all other information I publish here in the future. Enjoy.
